POSTER SESSION ARRANGEMENTS
Poster size and orientation
The area for each poster is 1470 mm in width and 1170 mm in height
(landscape).
The authors may use the area as they wish, preferably with
one A0-sized poster (841 mm x 1189 mm) in either horizontal or vertical
direction.
The poster stands are made of aluminiun and cork. Pins are provided
by the organizers for fixing the posters in the stands.
Poster highlight session
All poster presenters should prepare also a 3 minutes long 1-2 slide
"poster highlight" they will present in the poster highlight session
on Monday 13 June 17.40-18.30 o'clock in the lecture hall TU1.
The slides should be sent as a PDF file to
timo.honkela@aalto.fi
before the lunch time on Monday 13 June.
Poster session
The poster session will take place simultaneously with the Get
Together Party, on Monday 13 June 19.00-21.00 o'clock, in the first
floor lobby of the T building of the Aalto University (Konemiehentie
2). This building is next to the TUAS building where the lecture hall
TU1 is located and on the second floor there exists a covered bridge
that connects the two buildings.
The posters should be placed in the poster stands straight after the
poster highlight session has ended at 18.30 o'clock and removed after
the Get Together Party or during Tuesday at the latest.
