Travel Instructions
The complete set of instructions has been emailed to the participants of WIC-2011.
Brief summary is as follows:
- The students can reserve their own flights to Helsinki, as long as the price doesn't exceed €300 per location (Vierumäki & Eidnhoven). Any flights with price higher than mentioned need to be negotiated with the travel coordinator.
- We have a bus leaving Helsinki-Vantaa airport on Sunday afternoon August 28th at 16h00 to Vierumäki. Plan your flight accordingly.
- The programme will end on Friday afternoon September 2nd and a bus will bring you to the airport at 16h00.

If you wish to take the bus to Vierumäki, leaving on Sunday 28th, please send an email to hanna.kayra (ät) aalto.fi with your request.
