Project
As the project work, you should prepare illustrations for your
presentation based on neuronal data.
We have made available the MRI and fMRI data that goes with the
book "Functional
Magnetic Resonance Imaging". The links to the corresponding
directories are below. Please refrain from distibuting the data
anywhere. It is also not allowed to use the data for other purposes
than for this course.
There is also available a more detailed description of the data.
The data can be read, at least in MATLAB 7.1, using ANALYZE75INFO
and ANALYZE75READ functions. However, a richer package (with
visualisation properties), freely available, is BIAC Software
Tools. Copyright © 2004-2005 Duke-UNC Brain Imaging and
Analysis Center and Duke University.

- Anatomical Data 1
- This data set consists of a single high-resolution anatomical volume.
- Functional Data 1
- This data set is from a blocked design motor response task.
- Functional Data 2
- This data set consists of 50 volumes of functional data taken from a single run from one subject. At the time of acquisition, there was intermittent electrical noise that caused spikes during data acquisition.
- Anatomical Data 3
- This data set consists of four high-resolution anatomical volumes.
- Functional Data 3
- Each of these data sets consists of a set of volumes of functional data taken from one run of a motor response task done by one subject.

- This data set consists of three high-resolution anatomical volumes.

- Each of these data sets consists of a set of volumes of functional data taken from one run of a motor response task done by one subject.
