I am a researcher at Laboratory of Computer and Information Science in Helsinki University of Technology. I am a member of the Pattern Discovery group. My research interests are in bioinformatics - for the moment I am mainly working on microarray related thingies. Our group is a part of the HIIT Basic Research Unit.
