Seriation in paleontological data using Markov chain Monte Carlo methods

The computations were done using sampling routines in mcmc-plcb.tar.gz. The version of the software supporting taxon-specific parameters is available at mcmc-0.2.tar.gz. The software may be distributed under the GNU General Public License - read the documentation in the software packages for more details.

The summaries for various data sets are given by:

• n_t=10 and n_s=10 (this dataset is discussed in the paper in detail)
• n_t=10 and n_s=10, 100 false 0s added
