NCEP/NCAR reanalysis data

The NCEP/NCAR Reanalysis project uses a state-of-the-art analysis/forecast system in order to reconstruct climatic measurements over a regular spatial grid from 1948 to the present. The measurements are reconstructed 4 times daily. We downloaded the daily averages of the NCEP/NCAR Reanalysis data from the data repository of the NOAA/OAR ESRL PSD.
