José Caldas

I'm a PhD student at the Statistical Machine Learning and Bioinformatics research group of the Adaptive Informatics Research Centre at Aalto University.

I'm currently interested in employing probabilistic methods for the meta-analysis and biclustering of gene expression data.

My BSc and MSc degrees were taken at the Technical University of Lisbon.
